The Urban Loft is a unique updated 2-story home on the top floor (requires steps). You will love the exposed brick, wood floors, fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable King and double beds. In historic Olde Towne East, 1 mile from Downtown Columbus. Enjoy a walk to local eateries, tavern, wine and coffee shop. Just a short drive away from the city’s hot spots and just down the street from Franklin Park & Conservatory, along with Trolley District/East Market with several food and drink choices.

Good to know

This Urban Loft is located on the top two floors of a 4-unit property with a shared backyard. There are a few flights of stairs up to the property, with the washer/dryer in the basement. When you arrive, you will be greeted with 1 off-street parking spot and easy street parking, a smooth self check-in process, and high-speed WiFi. You will be staying in a beautiful open space that includes a comfortable wrap around couch, Large TV, dining table, single pullout sofa bed, desk, foosball table, and the super unique Coffee Bar. The kitchen and fully updated half bathroom is also located on this floor. On the next floor you will find the open Master bedroom with a comfy King bed and large TV, with the second room offering a twin bed. The full bathrom and second desk is also upstairs. No smoking on the premises (including backyard, deck, and porch areas), no events/parties, and no pets. Only guests listed on booking are allowed on property. We aim to meet these expectations for all of our guests and we appreciate your understanding!

Other Details to Note

Please park in off-street parking spot closest to 20th ave. The other spot is dedicated for another unit. There are several public parking spots available on right side of property (20th ave) and this leaves room for local residents to park in front of their houses. There are a few flights of stairs to walk up to enter unit, with washer/dryer in basement right on right when you walk in. Secure, personalized check-in code provided for length of stay.

Had a wonderful stay. The place was just as good as described and was super easy to find, check in, and make ourselves at home. We truly appreciate the clear communication and instructions which streamlined the entire process of in and out. Will definetly seek them out again next time we come through Columbus.

Lovely neighborhood and loft. We booked last minute but Joe & Ketevan responded quickly. The house was well maintained and there were great amenities and spaces to work or hang out. We very much enjoyed our stay.

What a lovely loft apartment. The pictures really do not do it justice. VERY spacious, full kitchen, full size washer and dryer in basement, super comfy king-sized bed in suite and comfortable downstair living area. Well worth the cost as it is in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. Will definitely stay here any time I am in town visiting my kids! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Joe and Ketevan are fabulous hosts! The loft was exactly as described with a warm and inviting theme. It was also super clean. The bed was very comfy with soft, clean linens. Appreciated that our hosts were timely with communications, friendly and offered a large place to stay at a very reasonable price. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe exploring it to admire the beautiful architecture of the homes there. It was a short drive to other areas of Columbus too. This loft is a gem!

Came to Ohio for my daughter’s cheerleading competition. The location was perfect, it was 10 minutes away from the convention center and all the restaurants downtown. The loft was cute, comfortable, and cozy!! Very modern and chic decor. If we have to come back for another competition, I’ll book with them again.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay if you’re ever planning on visiting columbus. Hosts were kind and always quick to respond. Great central location with a short drive in any direction to wherever you want to go. Very quiet and peaceful in a charming area. Looks just like the pictures and everything was great for the whole stay. Would definitely stay again in a heartbeat! 10/10

The location was great and easy to find, which made getting in and out a breeze. We especially appreciated the off-street parking since many places in German Village only offer street parking. The decor was lovely and matched the photos.. We got creative with the convertible chair/bed, pushing it up against the sectional to use as an ottoman, which worked perfectly for lounging and watching football and MMA. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and it was clear the linens and blankets were freshly laundered—everything felt clean and cozy. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely stay here again!

Joe & Ketevan's place was perfect for our Columbus trip. Place was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed for a home away from home. Neighborhood was very walkable with Hangover easy, Upper cup coffee and the East market being our favorite places to walk to. We also enjoyed how close it was to Franklin Park. All in all a great stay!
