The Urban Loft is a unique updated 2-story home on the top floor (requires steps). You will love the exposed brick, wood floors, fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable King and double beds. In historic Olde Towne East, 1 mile from Downtown Columbus. Enjoy a walk to local eateries, tavern, wine and coffee shop. Just a short drive away from the city’s hot spots and just down the street from Franklin Park & Conservatory, along with Trolley District/East Market with several food and drink choices.

This Urban Loft is located on the top two floors of a 4-unit property with a shared backyard. There are a few flights of stairs up to the property, with the washer/dryer in the basement. When you arrive, you will be greeted with 1 off-street parking spot and easy street parking, a smooth self check-in process, and high-speed WiFi. You will be staying in a beautiful open space that includes a comfortable wrap around couch, Large TV, dining table, single pullout sofa bed, desk, foosball table, and the super unique Coffee Bar. The kitchen and fully updated half bathroom is also located on this floor. On the next floor you will find the open Master bedroom with a comfy King bed and large TV, with the second room offering a twin bed. The full bathrom and second desk is also upstairs. No smoking on the premises (including backyard, deck, and porch areas), no events/parties, and no pets. Only guests listed on booking are allowed on property. We aim to meet these expectations for all of our guests and we appreciate your understanding!

Other Details to Note

Please park in off-street parking spot closest to 20th ave. The other spot is dedicated for another unit. There are several public parking spots available on right side of property (20th ave) and this leaves room for local residents to park in front of their houses. There are a few flights of stairs to walk up to enter unit, with washer/dryer in basement right on right when you walk in. Secure, personalized check-in code provided for length of stay.

Absolutely no smoking, drugs, or pets, inside or outside of the property. No unregistered guests, events or parties. Quiet Hours are between 10pm-8am. We appreciate your understanding and really want to provide our advertised environment to all of our guests and be good neighbors. Please place any dirty dishes in dishwasher and start a cycle before check-out. Please take trash out to bin behind property before departure.

Walking through the surrounding area, you will see historic mansions, local businesses and beautiful tree lined streets. It is near the renowned Franklin Park Conservatory & Botanical Gardens, East Market/Trolley District, along with local eateries, taverns, wine, and coffee shops. The neighborhood is just a short drive away from all of the Columbus hot spots, including COSI, the Columbus Museum of Art, North Market, Short North shops, and much more!

Guests have private access to the entire residence. This residence is on the second and third floor of a 4-unit property. No interior spaces are shared, but backyard access is shared by both residences. Your own Washer/dryer is located in private basement.

Really enjoyed my stay at Joe & Ketevan's place. This was the second time staying in one of their places and each time was extremely enjoyable. The description of the property and amenities was very accurate and I felt right at home. I highly recommend and will book again when traveling to Columbus.

Great private stay in historic downtown Columbus. The building itself is really cool, particularly the upper floor bedroom suite. The neighborhood was quiet and it was great to have such a spacious apartment all to ourselves. There had recently been a snowstorm before we stayed and the on-property parking spaces were not accessible, but Joe & Ketevan had them cleared for me right away once I mentioned it. Highly recommended for a stay in Columbus.

The loft was an absolutely great place to stay while in town for work. It was clean and just as described. Joe & Ketevan were wonderful hosts and accommodated me when I needed to extend my reservation. Definitely will be staying here again.
