Franklin Place is on the 2nd floor and is part of a duplex property with a shared backyard. When you arrive, you will be greeted with easy street parking, a smooth self check-in process, and high-speed WiFi. The home includes a wonderful balcony with seating, a spacious living room and separate dining room, along with a fully-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Both bedrooms offer queen-size beds, while one of them provides you with a desk for your workspace needs. A sofa bed is offered in living room if needed. Your own private washer/dryer is provided in the basement as well, which does require walking two flights of stairs.
